Cultiv8 Club is live and available now on the App Store. Download it free to browse classes, book sessions, and manage enrollments. Providers can run their locations, schedules and payments from the same app.

Where can I download the Cultiv8 Club app?

Cultiv8 Club is available now on the Apple App Store for iPhone, and the web app is live at app.cultiv8.club, so you can use it in any browser with nothing to install. WhatsApp integration is in the works, so you will soon be able to receive updates through WhatsApp.

Absolutely. Safety is our #1 pillar. We use bank-grade AES-256 encryption. We strictly adhere to Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We never sell child data to advertisers.

What payment methods do you accept?

For Parents, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and FPS (Faster Payment System). For Providers, payouts are made directly to your registered business bank account on a weekly basis.

Yes. Each provider sets their own cancellation policy (e.g., 24-hour notice), which is clearly displayed before you book. If you cancel within the allowed window, refunds are processed automatically to your Cultiv8 wallet or original payment method.

How do I book a playgroup or class on Cultiv8 Club?

Browse the activity feed or use filters for age, day, and time. Open a session to view details and availability, then tap Book. You can book a single slot or enrol in a multi-session series. If the class is full, you can join the waitlist and get notified when a spot opens.

Is there a waitlist if a class is full?

Yes. If a session has no available spots, you can join the waitlist. You will be notified automatically when a place becomes available. Waitlist is available for both single slots and series.

Can I message a provider before booking?

Yes. Parents can send messages directly to providers through the platform. Open a provider's profile or session page and use the messaging feature to ask questions before committing to a booking.

Cultiv8 Club is built for Hong Kong first. The platform is fully available in English and Traditional Chinese. Both parents and providers can switch languages at any time within the app.

Providers have a dashboard to create locations, build class schedules, and set slot pricing. Attendance is tracked through a check-in feature with staff assignment. You can view enrolled parents, broadcast updates, and cancel sessions with automatic parent notification.
