Cultiv8 Club is a platform for parents and children's activity providers in Hong Kong. Parents browse, book, and manage children's playgroups and classes in one place. Providers run their schedules, track attendance, and stay connected with enrolled families.

Who is Cultiv8 Club for?
Cultiv8 Club serves two groups. Parents looking for children's activities, from playgroups to art and STEAM classes, can discover and book sessions across Hong Kong. Providers who run playgroups, enrichment centres, or children's studios can manage bookings, schedules, and communications through a single dashboard.

What can parents do on Cultiv8 Club?
Parents browse a filtered feed of available slots and series, sorted by age, day, time, and activity type. They can view session details, book single slots or multi-session series (with prorated pricing), and join waitlists when a class is full. Enrollment management and direct messaging with providers are also available.

What can playgroup providers do?
Providers create and manage locations, build class schedules with slots and series, set pricing, and track attendance with staff check-in. They can invite staff, broadcast updates to enrolled parents, and cancel sessions with automatic parent notification. Analytics give an overview of enrollment numbers and location performance.

How does Cultiv8 Club work?
Parents sign up with email, Google, or Apple. They browse or use filters to find nearby activities on a map or feed view, then book a session and pay within the app. Providers sign up separately, set up their location and schedule, and manage their bookings from a provider dashboard. Both sides can message each other directly.

Where is Cultiv8 Club available?
Cultiv8 Club is built for Hong Kong first. It is a mobile app, available in English and Traditional Chinese (Cantonese).
