The September 26 and September 30 updates make the reply for an unlinked WhatsApp number more useful.
- Start with the right account. The reply explains that your number is not linked to a Cultiv8 Club account yet, rather than leaving you at a dead end.
- Choose how to get started. It includes direct links to the web app and the iPhone App Store listing, so new families can create an account.
- Find the linking step. Existing users are directed to Profile > WhatsApp updates in the app to link their number.
- Know where to ask a class question. The reply makes clear that the chat is not monitored by a person and directs class-specific questions to the provider.
This update improves the onboarding instructions. It does not require you to create another account if you already use Cultiv8 Club.
