Version 1.65 gives cancellation credit a clear deadline, and gives providers the tools to be generous with it.
- A date you can see. Credit issued when a class is canceled now shows when it expires, in your wallet and in the notification that tells you the class was canceled. That notification states the deadline and stays in your inbox after the class itself is gone.
- The provider sets the window. Each provider chooses how long their cancellation credit lasts, per location. The platform default is 14 days, and a provider can set anything from a week to ten years, or choose never.
- Extensions, when you need one. A provider can extend the expiry on any parent's credit from their dashboard. You get a notification in your language when they do, with the new date.
Credit you bought as a package is a separate thing and is not affected by these windows. This entry covers credit issued from a canceled class.
